Kevin Corgan

CEO and Founder

Kevin has over 30 years of investment banking experience from his first decade at Goldman Sachs to close to two decades at JP Morgan. He held a variety of leadership roles at JP Morgan in the Corporate and Investment Bank including managing North American Credit for over a decade and subsequently starting, building and leading several principal investment areas in private credit.

Vijay Iyengar

Partner

Vijay has over 20 years of investment banking experience, first at JP Morgan and later as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for a number of businesses within the Global Markets Division. He has also spent the last 5 years heavily involved in the defense space, giving him a unique perspective on ways to partner and assist various corporations.
